LumelinkTerms of Service
Effective: July 4, 2026 · The short version: be honest, flag adult content as 18+, don't harm others — and your card is yours.
1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Lumelink you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — if we make material changes, we'll note the new effective date at the top of this page.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password secure. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Usernames are first-come, first-served; we may reclaim usernames that impersonate others, infringe trademarks, or remain unused on inactive accounts.
3. Your content
Everything you add to your card — links, bio, images — stays yours. By posting it you give us permission to display it publicly on your card and in link previews. You may not post content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, spreads malware, or deceives visitors about where a link leads.
4. Adult content
Adult content is allowed with rules. If your card contains or links to adult material, you must enable the 18+ setting on your profile so visitors are age-gated before viewing. Links to adult platforms always show visitors an additional 18+ redirect confirmation. You must be at least 18 years old to publish adult content, and any content you link to must feature only consenting adults and comply with the laws that apply to you. Cards that host adult material without the 18+ flag may be flagged or removed.
5. What you can't do
No phishing, scams or impersonation. No malware or deceptive redirects. No content that sexualizes minors — this results in immediate termination and reporting to authorities. No attempts to break, probe or overload the service, scrape user data, or artificially inflate view and click statistics.
6. Analytics & privacy
We count card views and link clicks as anonymous totals so creators can see what works. We don't sell personal data. Your email is used for login and account communication only. You can delete your account and its data at any time by contacting us.
7. Third-party links
Cards link to external sites that we don't control and aren't responsible for. A link's presence on a card is not our endorsement of the destination — always use your own judgment, especially after an 18+ redirect notice.
8. The service is provided “as is”
Lumelink is free and provided without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it fast and available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service and aren't liable for lost profits, lost followers or other indirect damages arising from your use of it.
9. Termination
You can stop using Lumelink and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
